Purchased subscriptions, renewals included, are not refunded. Before buying you can try it free for 3 days with no card; that is what the trial is for.

Cancelling

To stop renewing, cancel in Settings > Account before the period ends. After cancelling everything works until the end of the period you paid for, then it does not renew.

Right of withdrawal

In the European Union digital content comes with a 14-day right of withdrawal. At checkout you agree that the service starts right away and accept that this ends the right of withdrawal; the checkout asks for this separately.

If the product does not work or is not as described, your statutory consumer rights remain. In that case write to support@hejirapp.com.
