1. Parties

These terms are between anyone who installs or creates an account for the HEJİR software ("Software", "User") and its owner ("We"). Installing the Software means accepting these terms.

2. What the Software does

The Software is a brand-independent Windows app offering mouse and keyboard mapping, macros, Lua-based scripts (HEJIR Script), movement profiles, an on-screen crosshair and status display, a system cursor, media control and per-app volume. It only uses Windows' public input, window and audio interfaces.

3. What it never does

The Software never reads or changes another program's memory, never injects code, never touches game files and never tries to evade any anti-cheat system. Scripts run sandboxed with no access to files, the network or other programs.

4. Use in games and responsibility

The Software is a general-purpose automation and personalisation tool. Some games and services restrict macros, scripts, overlays or automated input in their rules. Reading and following the rules of the games and services you use is your responsibility. We are not liable for warnings, restrictions or bans on third-party accounts resulting from your use of the Software.

5. Account, trial and subscription

Each PC receives one free 3-day trial, bound to the device. Subscriptions are sold monthly, quarterly or yearly and renew at the end of each period. You can cancel renewal at any time and keep access until the period ends. When the trial or a subscription ends, the Software keeps working on the free tier; Pro features need a subscription and no setting is deleted. One account can be active on one PC at a time.

6. No refunds

Purchased subscriptions are not refunded. Instead, each PC gets a free 3-day trial with no card. You can cancel anytime and keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Rights the law makes mandatory are not affected. See the Refund Policy.

4a. Last pressed wins and similar input rules

Features that settle opposite keys, such as last pressed wins, are forbidden in some games and tournaments; some games remove you from the match when they notice them. Which games you turn them on in is your decision and responsibility; you can limit them to the games you choose.

4b. Device memory

The Software can write to the on-board memory of supported mice (button mapping, sensitivity, lighting). Every write is first recorded in a journal on your PC and can be undone in the app, or the mouse returned to its factory state. Some settings (for example Razer sensitivity) are never written to memory and are gone when the mouse is unplugged.

7. Prohibited uses

Bypassing the licence mechanism, spoofing device identity, reselling or redistributing the Software, or using it unlawfully is prohibited.

8. Updates

The Software may update automatically with signed updates; features can change between versions. These terms may be updated with in-app notice.

9. Limitation of liability

The Software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Governing law

Belgian law applies; the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain.
